We are packing out orders as quickly as possible. We literally have morning, afternoon and evening shifts to try and get these orders out to you ASAP. 

Many of you have noticed you've received a tracking number. If you do not receive your packaging or a tracking number by May 14th please email us at [email protected].

FAQs
 When will I receive my order? 

• Check your email for a tracking number for updates

 What if I have not received my tracking number?

• Your package is still waiting to be picked up, or your email is blocking our notifications. 

  My tracking number says "label created" - what does that mean? 

• We usually only print labels of product we are sending out that day. When USPS and UPS pick up packages, they  can't scan the individual units because we are shipping in mass. This means that the tracking won't update for a day or two when it hits a distribution center. 

Why were the games delayed?

Please understand that last year has been a huge exception for logistics and shipping companies.
